How to activate your ShareFile account, set up two-factor authentication, and find the shared folder where you upload and download documents.
ShareFile is where Synapse Health shares documents with you and where you upload documents back. This article covers how to access Synapse Health’s ShareFile account to store and download documents, from the activation email through to your designated shared folder.
You only complete steps 1 through 3 once, when your account is first created. After that you go straight to step 4 each time you log in.
Step 1: Activate your account from the invitation email
First, you will receive an email from mail@sf-notifications.com. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Open the email and click “Activate Account.”
Step 2: Confirm your details and create a password
Confirm or update the information shown and click “Continue.”
Create your password. The password requirements are listed on the password screen itself – follow them as displayed.
Step 3: Set up two-factor authentication
Set up 2-factor authentication, then enter the code sent to you to verify your phone number.
Once verification is complete, log in and view the homepage.
Step 4: Open your designated shared folder
On the left sidebar, choose “Folders” > “Shared Folders.”
Select your designated folder (-AR or -Patient Transitions) and proceed to upload or download relevant documents.
