How we got here
What began in 2016 with a focus on improving the medical supply ordering process has evolved into a broader model designed to bring greater coordination and accountability across the DME journey.
Today, through Synapse InHome and Synapse Equip, we help manage the complexity behind the scenes—from intake and documentation to coordination, fulfillment, and support.
