Add Synapse Health to the patient care team in ResMed AirView, React Health, BREAS EveryWare, Philips Care Orchestrator, or Löwenstein prisma CLOUD so our respiratory team can review therapy data.

When you set up a sleep or ventilation patient on a Synapse order, add Synapse Health to that patient’s care team in the device manufacturer’s cloud platform. This gives our respiratory team read-only access to therapy data and reports, so we can review usage directly in the platform.

You stay in control of the patient record. Synapse only needs view-level access. Prescription settings, device management, and the patient relationship stay with your team.

Before you start

  • Search name – Search for “Synapse Health” exactly as written.
  • Invite email – Use respiratory@synapsehealth.com wherever a platform asks for an email.
  • Access level – Grant read-only or view-level access. Synapse does not need edit or full access.
  • prisma CLOUD only – A one-time partner setup is required before you can share patient records.

Löwenstein prisma CLOUD

prisma CLOUD takes two steps. Do Step 1 once for your organization. Do Step 2 for each patient.

Step 1: Add Synapse Health as a partner organization (one time)

  1. Open Administration settings from the main navigation sidebar.
  2. Open the Partner Organizations (or Sub-Organizations) tab.
  3. Add Synapse Health with these details: company name Synapse Health, Synapse’s Partner ID [PARTNER ID NEEDED], and email respiratory@synapsehealth.com.
  4. Set clinical access to view only.

Step 2: Share each patient record

  1. Find the patient in the patient dashboard.
  2. Open Care Team.
  3. Click Share Record.
  4. Select Synapse Health.
Important: Wherever a platform asks for an email, use respiratory@synapsehealth.com and check the spelling before you save. An invite to any other address won’t reach our respiratory team, and we won’t see the patient.
