01:13: Next choose the facility location that you are ordering on behalf of.

01:51: For United Healthcare patient, you’ll choose United Healthcare as the insurance

01:59: It enter the patient’s member ID or insurance policy number to link coverage

02:09: And enter the patient’s name.
02:14: Then specify the patient’s date of birth.
02:19: Next, click check eligibility to confirm the patient’s insurance coverage status.
02:27: If at any time you need to step away from entering a patient order, select save as
02:33: draft located on the right-hand side of the screen.
02:38: If connect is unable to verify a patient’s Insurance, click enter Insurance manually
02:44: to input policy details, without the automated lookup.
02:51: Next, you’ll choose your patient’s insurance plan type.
02:57: In the subscriber information section and enter all of your patients, personal

03:04: You click save to store the entered Insurance details securely.
03:11: If a patient’s primary language is not English noted in the patient information
03:15: under primary language.
03:21: The next click copy, patient address to duplicate the address information for
03:25: billing.
03:28: Then enter delivery information, starting with the name of the person who will be
03:32: receiving the delivery.
03:36: Within the delivery section, add any notes such as call before delivery or gate
03:41: codes for accurate handling.

03:46: Moving on to product selection, click the category of durable medical equipment to
03:51: search options.
03:54: Up then select the specific type of equipment or Supply you’d like to order.
04:01: And select the length of need identified by the prescriber.
04:09: Select the product details choosing the specific equipment needed and additional
04:13: supplies if applicable.
04:17: Enter the patient’s height in inches and weight.
04:23: Here then enter any additional notes in this section pertaining to the product being
04:26: ordered.
04:29: A click next to continue with the order process.
04:34: If additional diagnosis codes are needed, add them here to associate them with the
04:39: order.
04:42: A blue check mark next to a diagnosis code indicates that.
04:46: It’s valid if there’s no check mark, enter a valid diagnosis code, then click next
04:51: to proceed after entering the diagnosis information.
04:57: To upload supporting documentation, use the drop-down selector to choose from the

05:06: Click save to store the order information securely.
05:11: Here then click next.
