The three saved filters DME providers use to work order acceptance and pending orders, what each one shows, and how quickly you must act on them.

Three saved filters in the Fulfill portal split your queue into the work that needs accepting, the priority work that is aging, and everything else still pending. Each filter carries its own action window.

This article covers what each filter shows, how it is sorted, how fast you must act on the orders inside it, and how to build the three filters by hand if they were not created for you.

Important – new users

These filters will be automatically created only for existing users at the time of this initial rollout on 5/1/2026. New users added after this push must manually create these filters within their own accounts.

The three filters at a glance

# Filter Status Sort / priority Action within
1 Pending Acceptance Pending Acceptance Sort Descending: Urgent, High, Normal, Low 1 business day
2 Priority Pending Orders Pending Order Priority: Urgent and High. Sort: Schedule Date – Oldest to Newest 5 days or less
3 Pending Orders Pending Order Sort: Schedule Date – Newest to Oldest 5 days

Filter 1: Pending Acceptance

All orders awaiting your team’s formal acceptance in Fulfill. These must be reviewed and accepted promptly to remain compliant with updated Order Acceptance guidelines.

Setting Value

Purpose Highest priority displayed first
Important: All orders in the Pending Acceptance filter must be accepted within 1 business day of receipt.

Filter 2: Priority Pending Orders

Highest-priority pending orders, flagged as Urgent or High, sorted to surface oldest orders first. Use it daily to ensure critical orders do not age past the fulfillment deadline.

Setting Value
Status Pending Order
Priority filter Urgent and High only
Sort by Schedule Date – Oldest to Newest
Purpose Escalated order management; oldest urgent orders first
Action required 5 days

Each order must be completed within 5 days, or the expected delivery date must be updated in Fulfill with a status note.

Filter 3: Pending Orders

All orders with a Pending Order status, sorted to show most recently scheduled orders first. Use this filter to track your full queue of pending work and ensure no orders are missed.

Setting Value
Status Pending Order
Priority filter All priorities
Sort by Schedule Date – Oldest to Newest
Purpose Full pending order queue overview
Action required 5 days

Each order must be completed within 5 days, or the expected delivery date must be updated in Fulfill with a status note.

How to create the filters manually

New users added to Fulfill after this rollout will not receive these filters automatically. Each new user must create the three filters manually within their own account. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Fulfill account and navigate to the main orders screen.
  2. Select each filter option and sort according to the guidelines in the table above.
  3. Click the ‘Save Filter’ option in the top right of the screen, set the filter Name, and click save.
  4. Save each filter. Repeat for all three filters.
  5. Verify the filters appear correctly in your filter list before use.
