How to order magnets and stickers

Synapse Health provides complimentary magnets and stickers you can give to patients so they always have our contact information on hand. Here is how to set up an account and place an order.

Magnets and stickers are ordered through Print Fidelity, the print vendor that fulfills Synapse Health materials. You will create an account with them the first time you order.

Before you start

Set up your account

1. Go to the Print Fidelity store: https://printmanager.store/fidelity/ You can also reach it from the Order Magnets and Stickers link on the DME Provider Resource Hub.
2. Select I am a new user. On every visit after this one, select I am a returning user instead.
3. Enter your email address and choose a password, then select Continue On.
4. Enter your first and last name.
5. When you are asked to choose a division, select Synapse Health.
6. Your account is ready. You can now place an order.

Place an order

After you sign in, the Synapse Health catalog shows the available items. Choose a quantity from the dropdown under each item, then select Add.
