Since our inception in 2016, we’ve been equipping our SNF and hospice care partners with quick, easy DME solutions. Through our Equip platform, we connect SNF and hospice team members with DME suppliers, positioning ourselves as the DME benefits manager. Serving as the third party DME administrator, we ensure seamless and efficient ordering and delivery for our users.
