If the screen spins instead of opening Connect after you enter your multi-factor authentication (MFA) security code, clearing your browser cache and cookies resolves it in most cases. The fix takes about two minutes.

Before you start

Clear your cache and cookies only. Leave Browsing history unchecked – you do not need to clear it, and clearing it removes your saved pages and search suggestions.

What is happening and why

You enter your security code and the screen keeps loading instead of opening Connect.

Your browser saved older login data that no longer matches what Connect expects. Clearing your cache and cookies resolves it in most cases.
