Welcome to the Synapse Health DME provider network

We streamline order routing and paperwork, making it easier for DME providers to focus on patient care.

A partnership built on trust

As the heart of our fulfillment network, DME providers remain essential in delivering high-quality equipment and care. We support you in serving patients by taking on the administrative work that slows the process down.

Together, we can reduce friction, speed up deliveries, and make the DME experience better for patients, prescribers, and DME providers alike. You’ll feel the difference as a valued member of our network.

Answers to common questions

Do I have to join Synapse’s network to continue serving patients?

Yes. If Synapse has contracted with a health plan to manage Durable Medical Equipment (DME) benefits, you must join our network to continue receiving orders for those members. You can start the process by contacting JoinOurNetwork@synapsehealth.com.

How will I get paid?

You’ll be paid directly by Synapse on a standardized fee schedule. We eliminate claims processing, audit risk, and patient collections—so you get guaranteed payment upon delivery confirmation, with fewer administrative costs.

How does Synapse reduce my administrative burden?

We centralize documentation intake, eliminate claims submissions, and remove the need for you to collect patient payments. Over time, our technology integrations will streamline workflows further so you can focus on care, not paperwork.

Will I still be able to work with prescribers directly?

Yes. We support flexible workflows and will never limit your ability to communicate with prescribers. In fact, we help standardize documentation and support faster order qualification to minimize friction.

What happens during the patient transition process?

If you already serve patients whose plans are moving to Synapse, we’ll coordinate with you to ensure a smooth handoff. This includes collecting active patient lists, gathering necessary documentation, and working together to maintain care continuity.
