Through our Equip platform, we connect SNF and hospice team members with DME suppliers, positioning ourselves as the DME benefits manager. Serving as the third party DME administrator, we ensure seamless and efficient ordering and delivery for our users.

Additionally, administrative relief is provided as Synapse Health assumes responsibility to generate invoices for customers and statements for suppliers. Our account management and operations teams are also available to troubleshoot any network, service, invoice and statement issues.

SNF and hospice care teams can log in to the Equip platform directly for order updates and information. With the historical hassle of DME ordering, billing and delivery resolved, you can get back to what matters most – patient care.
