Same career path! I was in HR/recruitment at a healthcare company!
What led you to Synapse Health?
I was instantly drawn to Synapse Health. I was in the market for a new position and from my first initial phone call with the Human Resources Manager, I knew this company was where I wanted to grow my skills and career! It was really important to me to find a company where my values aligned, and I felt that immediately with Synapse.
As part of the Synapse Health team, what are you most looking forward to in the coming year?
There are SO many exciting things happening at Synapse Health! The growth that we have experienced has been nothing short of amazing. I am most looking forward to the continued growth this year and how it will continue to transform the DME industry and lives.
What does it mean to you/what does it look like to be at the forefront of impacting and transforming the DME industry?
It means a great deal to me to be a part of this company and being able to impact the DME industry. Our streamlined digital-first approach has positively affected a great number of people and it is an honor to be a part of it. Synapse Health is transforming the healthcare space, and I get to see that at the forefront each and every day.
When you’re not helping new applicants and assisting in the recruitment process, where can we find you?
You will find me hanging out with my friends and family, wedding planning and traveling!
What is something about you or that you have experienced in your life that has developed who you are and the ways in which you show up professionally?
I would say something about me that shows through in how I conduct myself professionally is how much I love to help others! Whether that is internally with our team and seeing where I can lend a helping hand or with the candidate experience. Showing up as a friendly face to candidates and helping them through their interview process, any questions/concerns, etc. is very important to me and in turn, creates a positive impression for our new hires when beginning their journey at Synapse Health.
If someone was considering applying to/joining the Synapse Health team, what would you tell them?
I would tell them that applying/joining the Synapse Health team will be one of the best decisions that they make! This organization and the people in it show up every day for their team members and create the most inviting work culture. You will be constantly learning, challenged and will create strong relationships!
