Effective August 1, Synapse Health will serve as the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) platform for most UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage members enrolled in C-SNP, HMO and PPO plans across 6 states:

  • Georgia
  • North Carolina
  • Alabama
  • Tennessee
  • South Carolina
  • Virginia

This change applies to all mail order, respiratory and standard DME services. In order to continue serving these members, DME providers must be contracted with Synapse Health.
